Do you still teach kids classes?We have paused our weekly kids class but are planning to start them again with the 25-26 school year in August of 2025. We are confident that our new offerings will provide even more opportunities for learning, exploration, and fun! We are currently scheduling group events for kids and adults. What ages do you teach?While we run special classes for kids of all ages we have noticed that children ages 8 and up are suited best for the style of learning we typically provide. We do recommend that any kids under age 15 be within 3 years of one another. The class that we provide for 7-year-olds won't be of great benefit to a 14-year-old.

Do you have adult classes?While we don’t have recurring adult classes, we’d be delighted to schedule a custom survival training event for you and your group! Whether it’s a team-building experience, a military morale event, or a private session, we’ll tailor the activities to your needs, teaching skills like navigation, fire-starting, and shelter-building. How long is class?Our upcoming homeschool class for kids lasts 1 hour, perfect for young learners to explore survival skills. For private or custom events, we tailor the duration to your preference—whether it’s a few hours of team-building, a full day of training, or a multi-day adventure for the ultimate outdoor experience. How much does class cost?Class rates are $50/student/hour, while group rates are $250/hour. For half-day, full-day, or multi-day events, we tailor the cost based on your group’s specific wants and needs. Contact us for a custom quote!

What do I need for an all-inclusive event with Six Point Survival?For an all-inclusive event with Six Point Survival, you'll need to come prepared with the following items: comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities (weather-appropriate), sturdy footwear, a refillable water bottle, and any personal medication you may require. We will send out a full packing list prior to your event but you won't need any special survival equipment, food or anything of that nature. We will provide that. Six Point Survival will provide all necessary survival gear, training materials, and meals as part of the event package. Our team of expert instructors, all with military backgrounds, will guide you through a curated set of survival skills and team-building exercises designed to enrich your experience. An all-inclusive event ensures that you can focus fully on learning and engaging without worrying about logistics or missing equipment.

Do you provide transportation to and from events?At Six Point Survival, we understand the importance of convenience, especially for our special events. We do offer transportation to and from these events, but please note that this service comes with an additional cost. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide transportation for our weekly classes. Our focus is on delivering exceptional survival training, team-building events, and gear rentals. If you are planning to attend a special event and require transportation, please reach out to us for more details and to make the necessary arrangements.

How many people can attend a private event at Six Point Survival?At Six Point Survival, we find that the optimal number of participants for our private events is around 10 people. This allows us to deliver a highly personalized and effective experience. However, we can accommodate up to 20 participants without requiring any special arrangements. If your group exceeds 20 people, please contact us at least 45 days before your desired event date to provide us ample time to make the necessary special accommodations. We strive to ensure that all attendees have a safe and enriching experience, whether it's for survival training, team-building events, or military morale programs.

Are you insured?Yes, Six Point Survival carries comprehensive insurance to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. However, we strongly emphasize the importance of safety and would prefer never to have to use our insurance. We urge all participants to follow the safety recommendations and guidelines provided by our experienced staff. Our priority is to offer a secure and enjoyable experience whether you're part of a military morale program, team-building event, or survival training session.
