Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Six Point Survival LLC. By accessing or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.

Booking, Deposit, & Cancellation Policy 

We're excited you're planning an adventure with Six Point Survival! Every event is custom-built and packed with purpose, so these policies help us keep your experience top-notch while keeping logistics smooth.
 

🗓 Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve your event.

  • Due 30 days before your event
     

  • If booking within 30 days, the deposit is due immediately
     

💵 Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
 

🔁 Rescheduling
Need to move your event?

  • You may reschedule once
     

  • You have 30 days from your original event date to choose a new date
     

  • The new event must take place within 1 year
     

  • If you do not reschedule within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited
     

  • Less than 7 days' notice? A 10% rescheduling fee will be added to hold your new date

Service Limitations

🌧 Event Scheduling & Weather Policies

  • Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at our discretion without prior notice due to staffing or unforeseen circumstances.

​

  • We cannot guarantee specific dates or times for bookings; book early to confirm availability.

​

  • Light to moderate weather (e.g., rain, wind) is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund; survival training occurs rain or shine, and it’s your responsibility to dress accordingly.

​

  • In cases of severe weather or lightning, we will make every effort to reschedule at the earliest available date.

​

  • Weather and other acts of God do not constitute a refund, as they are out of our control.

​

  • If we must cancel an event for any reason, we will happily reschedule or provide a full refund.

Liability and Indemnification

Six Point Survival LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. By utilizing our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Six Point Survival LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SixPtSurvival.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Six Point Survival LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, or republishing any content from our website without obtaining prior written consent from Six Point Survival LLC.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the aforementioned courts, and you hereby consent to their jurisdiction.
